Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Domain expertise in financial services, compliance, risk, or reg tech.
• Strong product judgement and communication.
• Analytical rigor and data-driven decisions.
• Self-directed in early-stage or ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Approve and Detect product roadmaps from problem discovery through prioritisation, delivery, and launch readiness.
• Lead continuous discovery with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Translate ideas and customer problems into prototypes to validate assumptions early and reduce delivery risk.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to convert strategy into delivery plans and backlogs.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to communicate what we are building and why it matters.
• Stay current with regulatory developments and market context to inform decisions.
• Use data and metrics to define KPIs and measure feature success.
