Job summary

Kraken seeks a QA-focused professional to own day-to-day QA of its internal growth platform. You will test new releases, document issues with reproducible steps, and ensure approvals flow smoothly while collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams.

You will monitor performance, maintain QA runbooks, and contribute to release notes, with a strong emphasis on AI-native testing practices and reliable, precise work.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous checking.
• Structured testing approach with test plans and edge cases.
• Clear written bug reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role testing the platform, validating new releases and rules.
• Write up issues with steps to reproduce, severity, and impact; track to fix.
• Monitor platform performance and agent activity; escalate as needed.
• Manage daily approval queues to keep work flowing.
• Check outputs against checklists and standards; flag ambiguities.
