Responsibilities

• Test the platform with new releases and edge cases, and run regression checks.
• Write clear bug reports with steps to reproduce and severity.
• Monitor platform performance and agent activity, flag issues, escalate.
• Process approvals and keep queues moving, ensuring nothing is left unreviewed.
• Check agent outputs against checklists and standards, flag ambiguities.
• Write and maintain test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes.
