Job summary

Vanguard is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to help teams navigate AI requirements, reduce approval cycles, and ensure compliance with enterprise AI policies. You will support governance, risk coordination, and the end-to-end AI use case journey within a hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with Risk, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Cyber Security, and Data Governance functions, translating governance into practical actions for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating governance and risk processes in regulated environments.
• Ability to coordinate across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Cyber Security.
• Experience preparing governance materials and executive reporting.
• Experience operating within governance forums and committees.
• Strong PMO or business management experience coordinating complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Navigate AI governance requirements and enable use case approvals.
• Coordinate risk, privacy, and regulatory considerations early in the process.
• Support AI intake, submissions review, and governance artefacts.
