Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to help navigate AI governance and risk across enterprise teams. The role focuses on intake, assessment, and implementation of AI use cases while ensuring policy compliance and responsible AI standards.

You will coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Cyber Security, producing governance artefacts and briefing materials for AI panels, and tracking actions to closure in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating governance and risk processes within regulated environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Risk, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Cyber Security, and Data Governance functions.
• Proven track record preparing governance materials and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Navigate AI governance requirements and policy postings across teams.
• Support AI intake, assessment, approval, and implementation processes.
• Coordinate with risk, legal, privacy, compliance, cyber security, and data governance functions.
• Prepare briefing packs, risk summaries, and governance artefacts for panels and forums.
• Track decisions, actions, and remediation commitments through closure.
