• Proven experience implementing governance frameworks rather than just advisory work.
• Strong background in AI governance, technology risk, data governance, compliance or security governance.
• Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into practical operational processes.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and influencing senior decision makers.

Responsabilidades

• Implement an enterprise AI governance framework and operationalise it.
• Translate AI policies and standards into repeatable business processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Security, Risk, Compliance, Data Protection and Architecture.
• Manage AI governance forums, decision logs, assessments and control documentation.
• Drive governance, risk and control activities across AI initiatives.
• Support rollout of AI tools ensuring alignment with security and governance requirements.
• Create governance artefacts, templates, risk assessments and evidence packs.
• Monitor emerging AI regulation and translate into actionable steps.
• Produce governance reporting for senior stakeholders.
