Job summary

The RNLI is seeking an AI Governance Lead to join our Data Governance and Management team in Poole, blending hybrid working with on-site office days. You will develop and maintain the organisation's AI governance framework, provide leadership on policy, standards, controls and risk management, and enable responsible AI adoption aligned with our values and regulatory obligations.

• Degree-level qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or Digital Technologies.
• Experience as AI/tech SME and ability to translate technical concepts into guidance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• Lead risk, controls, assurance and responsible AI adoption practices.
