Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a proactive Manager for Future of Work and AI Enablement to lead activities that tell the AI story, engage colleagues through change, and grow networks across the Group. You will champion colleague voice, design approaches for an AI-enabled organisation, and connect with national champions and academic networks to translate insights into practical actions.

Qualifications

Experience delivering change, engagement or transformation activity.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across teams.
Ability to translate colleague feedback into actions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Interest in AI and the future of work.

Responsibilities

Champion colleague voice to shape AI adoption across the Group.
Design approaches for AI-enabled work and evolving roles.
Support the AITrailblazers network and scale best practices.
Connect with national champions, industry networks, academics and others at AI adoption forefront.
Translate external insights into practical recommendations and actions.
Support external media inquiries, investor questions related to AI and workforce transformation.
Assist in creating white papers, future of work publications, case studies and campaigns.
