Responsibilities

• Shape technical solutions from early product discovery through to delivery.
• Build proof of concepts, prototypes and production experiments to validate ideas.
• Work alongside engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges in our Manchester office.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable cloud architectures.
• Champion AI‑first thinking across products and internal engineering practices.
• Advise stakeholders on technical options, trade-offs and business impact.
• Support estimation, planning and technical decision‑making across multiple initiatives.
• Help define the architectural direction of our platform as we continue to scale.
