BigChange seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering organisation across the full product suite—from legacy systems to microservices and mobile apps. You will drive an AI-first engineering culture, elevate delivery velocity, code quality, and team capability, reporting to executive leadership.

You will oversee multiple streams, align technical roadmaps with business goals, and foster a high-trust, inclusive environment with a focus on platform evolution in Leeds.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering leadership experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong background in mobile app development and hybrid architectures.
• Experience migrating from monoliths to microservices and cloud platforms.

• Hire onboarding and retention efforts in Leeds to foster a high-trust culture.
