• 8+ years of total software engineering experience with a track record of managing, scaling, and transforming engineering teams in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering organisation for the BigChange product suite, from legacy to modern microservices.
• Drive AI-first SDLC, CI/CD and tooling across teams.
• Oversee platform migration to AWS EKS and cloud-native architectures.
• Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews, and establish career pathways.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial and leadership to align roadmaps and delivery.
