Job summary

Euphoric is seeking a Deployment Strategist to manage 1–3 enterprise accounts from post-sale through live launch and expansion. You will tailor GAP and Navigator deployments, run workshops, and guide clients through AI-enabled benefits administration at scale.

You will spend ~80% on client work and 20% on product development, traveling for on-site sessions and collaborating with product, engineering and design to improve the core platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years enterprise deployment experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong interest in AI and ability to demonstrate AI projects.
• Experience building with APIs, data models and prompts.
• Academic excellence from a top university; STEM degree preferred.
• Excellent communicator capable of explaining tech to senior executives.
• High ownership and taking initiative on client work.

Responsibilities

• Own 1–3 enterprise accounts from post-sale through live launch and expansion.
• Configure demos and product for expansions across countries and populations.
• Deploy GAP and Navigator; build implementation plans, run UAT, data onboarding and adoption.
• Travel to client sites; collaborate with benefits and HR teams; international travel as needed.
• Lead workshops and train client teams to extract maximum value from GAP and Navigator.
• Work with Deployed Product Managers to bring field insights back into the core platform.
