Job summary

ClearRoute Limited is hiring a DevSecOps Engineer to join our AI-first Developer Platform team. You will own end-to-end security, tooling and pipelines, shipping working software to delivery teams within the same week.

You will design autonomous agents, manage toolchain remediation at scale, and build new platform products like self-serve dashboards and MCP servers. Experience with AI tools and IaC is valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevSecOps with pipelines and security integrated.
• Trunk-based development and short-lived branches.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms, patterns, and future directions.
• Observability fundamentals: monitoring, telemetry, logging, tracing and alerting.
• Hands-on use of AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Build working prototypes and harden those that prove value.
• Deploy agents on the toolchain, manage remediation at scale.
• Design autonomous agent policies including identity and audit trails.
• Create new platform products like self-serve dashboards and developer tooling.
• Make secure paths the default in pipelines for developers.
• Run time-boxed experiments with written verdicts.
• Ensure estate observability through monitoring and logs.
• Engage with delivery teams to influence roadmaps.
• Maintain zero-downtime platform operations via code-tested practices.
