Job summary

ClearRoute Limited is seeking an experienced engineer to lead agentic security testing across accounts, focusing on AI and agentic systems rather than infrastructure alone.

You will design red-team exercises, define risk governance, and mentor security engineers to scale the practice across multiple teams.

This hands-on role evolves toward governance, training, and automation to make agentic testing repeatable and defensible for client engagements.

Qualifications

• H hands-on experience red-teaming or adversarial testing of LLM or agentic AI systems.
• Ability to test non-deterministic systems and mitigate hallucinations.
• Familiar with OWASP agent risk concepts and MITRE ATLAS.
• Experience with OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications.
• Experience applying AI risk frameworks (e.g., NIST) to governance.
• Ability to operate across accounts and teams to generalise testing strategy.
• Threat modelling and security review experience.
• Strong communication to explain agentic AI risk to diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on first, then mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Design and run red-team exercises against AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Develop repeatable evaluation methods for non-deterministic outputs.
• Define methods to detect and mitigate hallucinations in agent outputs.
• Own agentic risk identification and governance across accounts.
• Map findings to external frameworks (OWASP, NIST, MITRE ATLAS).
• Design controls for internal vs client-facing views of agent behaviour.
• Define rollback and incident-response procedures for agentic systems.
• Track regulatory expectations and translate into practical requirements.
• Coordinate across delivery teams and advise tooling.
