Zego is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager for Growth to own a growth domain, set quarterly goals, and drive a high-velocity programme of experiments. You will identify the biggest levers, shape pricing and marketing, and ensure profitable growth using AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and own end-to-end journeys from first touch to referral, aiming for sustainable, profitable scale in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Growth product ownership: lead consumer growth in a high-growth setting.
• Experimentation at velocity: run high-volume A/B tests with sound design.
• Funnel expertise: diagnose drop-offs and fix end-to-end.
• Data and commercial fluency: knowledgeable in analytics and metrics.
• Technical literacy: collaborate with engineers on APIs and architecture.
• Regulated environment: insurance/fintech exposure is a plus.
• AI-first mindset: use AI daily and ship quickly.

Responsibilities

• Define domain quarterly strategy and goals, shaping long-term growth.
• Identify biggest growth levers and quantify opportunities.
• Run high-velocity experiments with prioritized test backlog.
• Design journeys from first touch to renewal and referral.
• Shape pricing and marketing levers, including propositions and channels.
• Build business cases and domain metrics grounded in unit economics.
• Establish AI-enabled workflows for your domain and automate funnel analysis.
• Lead ceremonies with senior stakeholders and facilitate long-range planning.
