Zego is seeking a Lead Product Manager in the UK to shape strategic direction across multiple teams. You will define new product mechanics, revenue models, and champion an AI-first culture to drive rapid discovery and impactful outcomes.

You’ll work closely with the Leadership Team, mentor Product Managers, and own cross-functional programmes with direct commercial impact. The role sits in a hybrid setup with offices in central London or Halifax, offering ownership and high-responsibility

• Experience building experiment cultures and using build-measure-learn feedback loops.

Responsabilidades

• Set the six-to-12 month product strategy across multiple teams and domains.
• Define and validate new revenue mechanics grounded in unit economics.
• Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm.
• Build reusable AI playbooks, workflows and assets for the team.
• Design product metrics and dashboards used by the business.
• Own company-level programmes with direct P&L impact.
• Coach Product Managers across the organisation.
