Job summary

OpenText is hiring a Technical Consultant to deliver innovative OpenText solutions across our portfolio. You’ll work across architecture, design and implementation, through testing and handover, in a highly collaborative, customer-facing role.

You’ll partner with customers, sales and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, build strong relationships, and grow into greater autonomy with mentoring support. Travel UK/international may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on technical implementation and software configuration projects.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide information management solutions is a plus.
• Understanding of web servers, networking and directory services is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical solutions across the OpenText portfolio.
• Collaborate with customers, sales and delivery teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Create technical design, documentation and support customer handover.
• Lead delivery with increasing autonomy and mentor others.
