Job summary

Private Healthcare Group is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive the organisation's AI agenda in the UK. You will shape strategy, identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases, and lead pilots from concept to measurable benefits, collaborating with clinicians, operations, technology, and compliance teams.

This role focuses on governance, vendor assessment, and change management to ensure responsible, secure AI adoption that improves patient experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI, digital or technology transformation in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and its practical business applications.
• Experience delivering transformation from strategy through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work credibly with senior executives and clinical professionals.
• Experience in private healthcare or another highly regulated environment desirable.
