Job summary

Oliver Bernard is partnering with a rapidly growing AI-focused finance company to scale its London implementations team. The role involves leading ERP implementations from kickoff to go-live, coordinating multiple deployments, and tailoring the platform to finance workflows.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct or similar), with a proven ability to work directly with CFOs and finance teams. This is a high-impact, client-facing position based in London.

Qualifications

• Experience leading at least one ERP implementation end to end.
• Ability to plan and own timelines for complex deployments.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.

They’re building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting from data entry to close, and they’re backed by nine-figure funding from top-tier VCs and they’re scaling their London implementations team.

The role

• You’ll take customers from kickoff to go-live, owning both the plan and the timeline.
• Run several implementations at once, end to end
• Configure the platform around each finance team’s workflows
• Migrate and reconcile data from legacy systems
• rain customer teams, run cutover and provide support after go-live

You’ll bring

• Experience leading at least one ERP implementation end to end, owning the plan and the timeline
• Great exp of accounting, audit, finance consulting or ERP
• Breadth across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay
• Hands-on NetSuite, Sage Intacct or similar ERP experience
• Confidence working directly with CFOs and finance teams
