Job summary

Oliver Bernard is partnering with a rapidly growing AI-focused finance company to scale its London implementations team. The role involves leading ERP implementations from kickoff to go-live, coordinating multiple deployments, and tailoring the platform to finance workflows.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct or similar), with a proven ability to work directly with CFOs and finance teams. This is a high-impact, client-facing position based in London.

Qualifications

• Experience leading at least one ERP implementation end to end.
• Ability to plan and own timelines for complex deployments.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Take customers from kickoff to go-live, owning the plan and the timeline.
• Run several implementations end to end.
• Configure the platform around each finance team’s workflows.
• Migrate and reconcile data from legacy systems.
• Lead customer teams, run cutover and provide go-live support.
