Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building solutions with large language models (LLMs) and understanding generative AI.
• Experience designing datasets, evaluating models, and fine‑tuning foundation models.
• Strong Python development skills with production‑quality code.
• Experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of statistics and ML fundamentals.
• Undergraduate degree in Mathematics or Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with iterative development.
• Curiosity, ownership, and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in professional services is advantageous.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud is advantageous.
• DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Git) are desirable.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support, run, and iterate existing AI applications.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new AI applications across multiple use cases.
• Trial and test solutions with end users to iterate and optimize them.
• Research and analyze data sets using statistical and ML techniques.
