Job summary

Key Predict is seeking an AI-focused software engineer to join its R&D team in London. You will develop and maintain AI services, integrate them into the platform, and coordinate across development to ensure smooth operation.

You will design generative AI solutions, implement with code agents, and contribute to API design, testing, and client presentations. A passion for design and coordination is valued.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or master's with 2–3 years in R&D and development.
• Interest in talent assessment and behavioral sciences.
• Passion for design as well as coding and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI services from specification to production deployment.
• Translate requirements into user stories and technical specs; implement with SDD.
• Develop and maintain Python microservices with defined specs.
• Design generative AI solutions: versioned prompts and structured outputs.
• Test services and monitor model outputs.
• Coordinate R&D efforts to ensure smooth operation of all applications.
• Define API contracts and oversee integration into the platform.
• Contribute to the design of applications and IT work within the platform.
• Serve as the technical contact for the scientific team and promote SDD.
• Occasionally present products to clients or during webinars.
• Provide technical leadership for projects without direct supervision.
