Job summary

Brunswick is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using modern AI technologies, with a focus on large language models (LLMs). You will work alongside the AI team to deliver high-quality solutions and iterate based on real business needs.

You will design datasets, evaluate models, and fine-tune foundation models while writing production-grade Python code and engaging with front-end technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience building solutions with large language models (LLMs) and a deep understanding of the broader generative AI landscape.
• Experience designing datasets, evaluating models, and fine-tuning foundation models for task-specific performance.
• Strong Python development with production-quality code.
• Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS).
• Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support, run, and iterate existing AI applications.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new AI applications scalable across business use cases.
• Trial and test solutions with end users to iterate and optimise.
• Research and analyse data sets using statistical and ML techniques.
• Track and understand the evolving AI landscape.
