Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Security Engineer to join our Information Security team and help securely adopt AI and emerging technologies. You will review AI tools, provide security input and risk-based guidance across AI-enabled apps and enterprise platforms.

Working with the AI, ICT, and business stakeholders, you will shape secure design, guardrails, and threat modelling across the development lifecycle to mitigate AI risks and protect sensitive data.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in cyber security or security engineering.
• Experience guiding technology projects, AI-related initiatives, or cloud platforms.
• Understanding of secure design principles, IAM, data protection, logging and encryption.

Responsibilities

• Review third‑party AI tools and AI-enabled features for security risks.
• Provide security architecture input for AI projects and internally developed apps.
• Implement security guardrails, governance processes and secure design patterns.
• Conduct STRIDE-based threat modelling for AI use cases and workflows.
• Assess risks from data exposure, prompt injection, model misuse, and insecure integrations.
• Advise on identity management, data protection, logging, monitoring and resilience.
