Job summary

Software Search is seeking an AI Engineer to help build a new AI unit within its growing consultancy. You will develop AI solutions for clients, build prototypes, test models, and push ideas toward production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver copilots, chatbots, and RAG systems.

You will work with LLMs, integrate them into client environments, and iterate on prompts, architectures, and data flows. Hybrid work and ownership await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Interest in or experience with AI, machine learning, or LLMs.
• A pragmatic mindset and the ability to build working solutions quickly.

Are you an AI Engineer who enjoys building smart, practical solutions that create real impact?

We are looking for an AI Engineer to help build a new AI unit within a growing consultancy business. In this role, you will work on solutions such as copilots, chatbots, agents, and RAG systems, integrating LLMs into existing IT environments.

What you will do

You will develop AI solutions for clients and contribute to the growth of the company’s AI proposition. You will build prototypes, test new models, and turn ideas into working applications that can move quickly toward production.

Your work will include:

• Building AI solutions such as copilots, chatbots, and agents
• Working with LLMs and integrating them into existing systems
• Developing RAG solutions using client data
• Experimenting with prompts, models, and AI architectures
• Building end-to-end applications from concept to delivery
• Collaborating with Data, Cloud, and Software teams

What you bring
