Job summary

CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation, seeks a Product Analyst – AI Enablement to help scale AI across the bank. This role sits in a newly formed Digital team and involves translating business problems into AI use cases with governance and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Digital, Technology, Operations and Risk stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable AI solutions and define clear ownership post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business problems into structured AI use cases and requirements.
• Ability to work with Digital, Technology, Operations and Risk stakeholders.
• Understanding of governance and controlled change in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills to drive decisions using data and insights.
• Excellent communication of complex topics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational pain points into clearly scoped AI use cases with defined outcomes.
• Produce artefacts including process narratives and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and have clear ownership.
• Prepare governance packs and support assurance for AI changes.
