Job summary

Delta Capita seeks an Intelligent Automation Engineering Manager in London to lead an AI Enablement engineering team responsible for enterprise-grade AI agents, platforms, and integration capabilities. You will provide technical leadership, people management, and strategic direction across a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

The role partners with Product, Architecture, Security, Compliance, CloudOps and Integration teams to ensure secure, scalable AI solutions delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing software/platform/automation/AI engineering teams.
• Strong people leadership including coaching, mentoring, performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive delivery of AI enablement capabilities and Generative AI adoption.
• Own the roadmap and delivery of the MCP ecosystem for secure integration with enterprise systems.
• Lead design, deployment, and operation of AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Establish standards for AI architecture, governance, privacy, security, and cost control.
• Review designs to align with engineering, security, and governance standards.
• Translate AI opportunities into pragmatic delivery plans balancing innovation and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, security, and business stakeholders for delivery and adoption.
