Job summary

Myn in London offers a 12-month fixed-term AI Enablement Lead role, hybrid with two days per week on-site in South West London. You will enable engineering, product and technology teams to move from AI experimentation to day-to-day use, focusing on governance and responsible AI in a regulated environment.

The role requires leading hands-on AI workshops, coaching on AI use cases, and helping teams deploy AI solutions while integrating tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.

Qualifications

• Experience training, enabling and coaching technical teams.
• Background in software/data/AI engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of production AI solutions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Run hands-on AI workshops where teams build working solutions during the session.
• Coach teams on identifying and prioritising AI use cases.
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Embed governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
