OpenAI is seeking an Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work, to design and deliver adoption experiences that drive durable usage across our product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents. You will lead live workshops, craft enablement programs, and translate AI capabilities into real-world workflows for enterprise teams.

The role blends product fluency with instructional design and advisory work, focusing on activation and measurable business value across business units.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in customer facing, enablement, or instructional roles.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Strong product fluency across ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
Experience leading workshops and enablement programs.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical value for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

Own the enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
Lead customer enablement across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
Design and deliver high-impact engagements for audiences from executives to working teams.
Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices.
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to inform product and program improvements.
Partner closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery Leads to drive adoption.
