Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Knowledge Enablement Senior Associate in the AI Enablement team within the Commercial & Investment Bank to design, deliver, and scale AI upskilling, awareness, and change management initiatives.

You will help employees understand where AI shows up in day-to-day tools and adopt AI capabilities responsibly, maintain a centralized AI Tool Inventory, and translate complex AI, technical, and regulatory topics into practical materials for diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications and/or learning and development roles
• Foundational knowledge of AI, ML, and responsible AI in regulated environments
• Strong written and verbal communication translating complex topics into practical materials
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives across diverse partners with competing priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and clear materials
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Support AI upskilling initiatives from design through implementation and improvement
• Deliver AI training to build foundational AI literacy
• Support change management to promote responsible AI adoption
• Maintain an AI Tool Inventory as a central information hub
• Analyze gaps in upskilling and awareness and propose targeted solutions
• Draft communications materials, intranet content, newsletters, and leadership talking points
• Track progress and engagement and adjust interventions as needed
