Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Business Enablement Vice President in the Chief Data & Analytics Office to embed with Markets, Banking and Payments teams and deliver production-ready AI solutions.

You will translate domain needs into technical requirements, develop reusable components, and contribute to shared libraries for enterprise-wide adoption. You will partner with Technology and the AI Enablement Office to ensure resilience, controls, and risk standards are met, while driving measurable

Qualifications

• Background in capital markets origination, M&A advisory, treasury or payments domain.
• Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders to scope and ship technical solutions.
• Hands-on production Python in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with senior stakeholders to observe workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Translate domain context into technical requirements and reusable components.
• Design, prototype, and ship production AI solutions using internal tooling.
• Partner with Technology and the AI Enablement Office to meet resilience and risk standards.
• Own end-to-end architecture and development for use cases.
