Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Strategy Associate – AI Enablement to drive the rollout and adoption of AI tools across the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will tailor AI solutions by persona and translate engagement into actionable insights for product roadmaps.

You will enable client‑facing teams with practical training linked to the AI strategy, track adoption and impact, and report progress and risks to senior leadership in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI in financial services environment.
• Strategy-focused roles with diverse problem solving exposure (consulting, corporate strategy, IB, private equity).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategy for rolling out AI products by persona across the bank.
• Assess available AI products and influence product roadmaps to meet business requirements.
• Synthesize information into clear views for senior management with risks and ROI considerations.
• Define, track, and report success metrics across the AI tool inventory.
