Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an AI Knowledge Enablement Associate to support design, delivery, and scaling of AI upskilling, awareness, and change management across the Commercial & Investment Bank.

You will translate complex AI and regulatory topics into practical materials and maintain a centralized AI Tool Inventory. You will collaborate with diverse partners to drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement, delivering training and communications that promote responsible AI use in

Qualifications

• Experience in communications and/or upskilling, learning, and development roles
• Foundational knowledge of AI, ML, and generative AI, including prompt engineering basics in a regulated environment
• Strong ability to translate complex AI, technical, and regulatory topics into practical materials
• Proven ability to deliver multiple initiatives to conclusion across diverse partners
• Must be proficient in analyzing data and producing clear materials
• Strong organization and learning agility, with ability to quickly assimilate new AI tools and policies

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver cross-GB AI upskilling initiatives from design through implementation and improvement
• Deliver AI training that builds foundational AI literacy
• Support change management activities that promote responsible AI adoption
• Develop and maintain an AI Tool Inventory as a one-stop shop for information on AI tools
• Conduct analysis to identify gaps in AI upskilling and awareness initiatives
• Draft communications materials, intranet content, newsletters, and leadership talking points
• Track progress and engagement across AI knowledge initiatives and intervene where needed
