Anaplan is seeking a Product Designer to join its Manchester UX team. You will own feature-level product design across the Anaplan platform, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve complex UX challenges for thousands of enterprise users.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Proven experience designing for data-rich, workflow-heavy interfaces and complex systems.
• High proficiency in Figma and experience working within comprehensive design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: design and deliver user-centered solutions for a defined product area.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers.
• Discovery & Research: participate in customer interviews, workshops, journey mapping, usability testing, and AI exploration.
• Complex Workflow Simplification: design intuitive experiences across traditional enterprise workflows and AI-powered interactions.
• Prototyping & Artifacts: produce high-quality user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and prototypes in Figma.
• Design System Stewardship: work with the Anaplan Design System to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Data-Informed Iteration: leverage data and feedback to validate decisions and improve experiences.
• Champion Best Practices: advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsible AI adoption.
