Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a business analyst on software or data products.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Organised, able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Map current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support prioritisation and manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, onboarding, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain business cases including cost/benefit analysis.
• Support proposals, client presentations and reporting to senior stakeholders.
