Perk, a global platform for travel and spend management, is seeking a People Advisor on a Fixed-Term Contract to lead AI-driven ER initiatives across UK, Spain, and the US. You will partner with the People team to enhance case management, data insights, and policy implementation in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive complex ER cases, champion modern workflows, and empower leaders with proactive, compliant support.

Qualifications

• Deep ER expertise and pace across UK and Europe.
• Experience handling performance, conduct, and policy changes.
• Ability to use AI tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-driven case management workflows.
• Act as co-pilot to leaders for performance, conduct, probation cases.
• Maintain compliant documentation and consistent regional policies.
• Transform data into strategic insights to identify trends and early warnings.
• Drive ER cases from open to resolution with timely, compliant handling.
