Perk is hiring a People Advisor on a Fixed-Term Contract to revolutionize employee relations using AI, across the UK, Barcelona, and Boston. You’ll lead high-impact ER work, transform data into insights, and partner with the People Team to empower managers while maintaining compliance.

• Deep ER expertise in performance, conduct, and related matters across the UK and Europe.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships using clear, reliable case data.
• Highly organized with meticulous documentation and regional compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-enabled, next-generation case management workflows.
• Act as co-pilot to leaders, guiding performance, conduct, probation, attendance and policy changes.
• Maintain flawless documentation and ensure consistent policy application regionally.
• Transform raw data into strategic insights, spotting trends and risks early.
• Drive ER cases from open to resolution efficiently while maintaining care and compliance.
• Collaborate with the People Team and business units for aligned ER delivery.
