Qualifications

• Experience in an accounts department with general ledger postings.
• Analytical review of financial data.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and IT systems.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to extract, cleanse and structure data for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journals, manage prepayments and accruals, and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Create dynamic dashboards and clean datasets from finance, stock and payroll systems for KPI tracking and forecasting.
• Assist in AI-assisted finance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
