Job summary

Tripadvisor LLC is seeking a Project Operations Coordinator I to drive operational momentum in Travel Experiences, leveraging AI tools and automation to support global travelers. The role blends analytics, cross‑functional collaboration, and process improvement to keep tours, activities, and related experiences on track while scaling our operations.

The position is hybrid with 2–3 days per week in our London office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer operations, CX project management, or travel tech operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer service platforms and workflow automation.
• Execution & accountability to drive cross-functional bottlenecks and keep deliverables moving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to translate complex data into updates.
• Traveler empathy and understanding of traveler pain points.

Responsibilities

• Drive Experience & AI Updates: lead operational reporting for leadership and translate analytics into concise updates.
• Oversee AI Support Implementations: track AI-driven projects and self-service knowledge bases for tours and activities.
• Track Deliverables & Keep Teams on Schedule: monitor timelines across Support, Engineering, Product, and Supply teams.
• Optimize the Traveler Journey: identify friction in support and leverage AI to reduce response times.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: ensure frontline teams are trained on new AI processes and SOPs.
