Perplexity AI is building products that push the boundaries of how people find, reason, and learn information. We are seeking a Recruiter who can shape the talent foundation fueling our growth and partner closely with hiring managers and engineers across EMEA.

This is not a traditional recruiting role; we want a builder with strong technical grounding, a sourcing-first mindset, and the ability to automate and accelerate sourcing with AI.

Qualifications

• 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Sourcing-first track record filling hard roles via outbound.
• Ability to converse credibly with senior engineers.
• Interest in leveraging AI to automate and sharpen recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for engineering and research roles across EMEA.
• Build outbound pipelines: research, talent mapping, referrals, AI-assisted outreach.
• Partner with managers and engineers to calibrate profiles and keep the bar high.
• Tell an authentic story about our mission, product, and culture to candidates.
• Track and analyze pipeline data and improve sourcing strategies.
• Operate with agility as priorities shift and timelines tighten.
