Responsibilities

• Work across the design and delivery of an AI-native retail investment platform.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data and AI teams to shape solutions.
• Support design and development of agentic AI capabilities and workflows.
• Analyse existing processes to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate requirements across stakeholders.
• Support solution design, testing and delivery through the full lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, governance and risk requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
