Job summary

PushON is offering a Technical Support Apprentice role within a full-service eCommerce agency, based in Manchester. You will oversee the service desk, triage tickets, and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues on platforms like Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and Wordpress.

The programme includes AI Activator training, hands-on client work, and a potential full-time position after completion, with a hybrid office setup (Manchester city centre) and structured progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including Maths & English)
• Five GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
• Five GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to support tickets under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist with investigating and resolving website issues
• Help document support requests, solutions, and technical processes
• Learn how to prioritise and manage support tickets effectively
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
• Participate in team meetings and daily stand-ups
• Support testing of website updates and minor changes
• Assist with platform maintenance activities, updates, and security patches
• Learn about Adobe Commerce (Magento) and other eCommerce platforms
• Support wider technical projects as required, including audits and website improvements
