Job summary

G MASS is seeking a highly motivated Securities Operations Technology Analyst to support AI-enabled solutions across Securities Operations. The role combines operational knowledge of post-trade processing with AI and automation to boost efficiency and control frameworks.

You will work with Operations, Technology, Data, Product Owners and vendors to identify automation opportunities, particularly around PSET and SSI governance, settlement lifecycles and market infrastructure practices.

Qualifications

• Essential: Securities Operations experience covering post-trade processing.
• Essential: Strong understanding of settlement lifecycles and operational controls.
• Essential: Experience of PSET and SSI governance processes.
• Essential: Knowledge of custody, settlement and market infrastructure processes.
• Essential: Understanding of industry standards and FMSB market practices.
• Essential: Experience with business analysis, process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Essential: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational workflows across Settlements, Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions and Cash Management functions.
• Support investigation, remediation and automation of settlement exceptions and issues.
• Maintain knowledge of market practices, settlement lifecycles and post-trade processing.
• Perform impact assessments for operational, regulatory and technology-driven change.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processing.
• Facilitate automation of Settlement Instruction processing and governance reporting.
• Document requirements and assist in testing, implementation and post-go-live reviews.
