Job summary

RELEX is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for Technology and Product teams. You will act as a strategic partner to leaders, orchestrating AI across the recruiting lifecycle and working with TA colleagues, RPO, and partners to raise hiring quality.

You’ll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, R&D, and the role is ideally based in the UK, Sweden, or Finland, with a global remit. Flexibility to work across time zones is a plus.

Qualifications

• You lead full-cycle recruiting for Technology & Product teams, delivering direct hiring or with TA colleagues.
• You design AI-native recruiting workflows and implement data-driven improvements.
• You coach hiring managers on role scoping, interview design, and assessment quality.
• You deliver market intelligence and forecast hiring needs ahead of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for Technology & Product teams.
• Build pipelines and engage passive candidates at scale.
• Coach managers on role definition and interview design.
• Deliver market intelligence and funnel metrics to stakeholders.
• Design and pilot AI-native recruiting workflows and update standards.
