Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field with independent synthesis design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop synthesis plans and deliver automated synthesis on schedule.
• Collaborate with Computational Chemistry and AI R&D to optimize plans.
• Upgrade automated synthesis platforms and improve throughput.
• Prepare SOPs and experimental reports for standardized documentation.
• Operate and maintain automated synthesis platforms to ensure quality.
• Manage projects and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify environmental hazards and implement controls.
