Job summary

K3 Advisory Group is seeking a Strategy & Operations Executive to directly support the Group CIO. You will help run the CIO’s operating rhythm, coordinate leadership meetings, and align AI initiatives with business needs across the group.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to strategy, work with senior leaders, and help push actions to closure in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written English with ability to turn rough inputs into clear briefs.
• Strong organisation and time-management with multiple moving parts.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and productivity tools (e.g., Claude) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the technology function moving: track actions, maintain portfolio views, and flag slips early.
• Run the leadership rhythm: manage CIO reviews, agendas, papers, minutes and actions.
• Shape the story: draft papers and summaries for CIO sign-off.
• Connect with the businesses: coordinate with divisional leaders and AI Adoption Partners.
• Keep the CIO’s office running: manage diary, inbox, supplier/admin tasks and travel.
