Job summary

Quantuma Advisory Limited in the UK is seeking a Strategy & Operations Executive to support the Group CIO. You will run the CIO’s operating rhythm, keep work moving across the technology leadership team and act on the CIO’s behalf so decisions get made and actions close.

You will work with senior leaders, shape the narrative for AI initiatives, draft papers and summaries, manage the CIO’s diary and meetings, and ensure timely delivery across groups.

Qualifications

• Strong written English; capable of turning inputs into clear papers or summaries.
• Experience in consulting, business management, executive support or fast-growing businesses.
• Highly organized with track records of keeping multiple moving parts on time.

Responsibilities

• Keep the technology function moving by tracking actions, status and escalation.
• Run the leadership rhythm: agendas, papers, minutes and actions for CIO reviews.
• Shape the narrative for CIO sign-off; draft papers and summaries for quick completion.
• Connect with divisional leaders and AI Adoption Partners to align CIO time with business needs.
• Keep the CIO’s office running: manage diary, inbox, travel and supplier admin.
