Job summary

OLIVER in London is seeking a Content Creator to produce and adapt social-first content across major platforms, supporting both always-on activity and campaign moments. You will bring briefs to life, build modular content systems, and use performance signals to sharpen your output for diverse audiences.

This execution-focused role offers creative scope: you’ll concept, shoot (where applicable), edit, and finish content ready for immediate use within in-house studios and client teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce social-first content for consumer brands.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts best practices.
• Ability to work at pace across multiple content streams.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other key platforms — covering short‑form video, static assets, and motion‑based content.
• Turn briefs into platform-native outputs — captions, hooks, and scripts — quickly and with quality.
• Develop content ideas that bring brands into relevant cultural moments with authenticity.
• Build modular content systems — templates, variants, cut-downs, localisation-ready assets — scalable across markets.
• Adapt content for multiple European markets (including UK and France) with cultural relevance and language accuracy.
• Manage content through approval workflows to meet legal, compliance, and brand requirements on time.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Strategists, Data Analysts and Accounts teams to align with campaigns and always-on needs.
• Use performance data to refine formats and improve output quality.
• Maintain high standards in visual quality, editing, and brand representation with accessibility in mind.
• Work with creators and external partners when relevant.
