Job summary

OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, is seeking a Content Creator in London to produce and adapt social-first content across platforms and markets. You will translate briefs into engaging outputs, build scalable content systems, and use performance signals to sharpen creative across campaigns and always-on work.

You'll collaborate with Social Media Managers, Strategists, Data Analysts, and Account teams, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance, while leveraging tools like Adobe Suite and Gen

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of social-first content for consumer brands.
• Experience conceiving, shooting where applicable, and editing content for social platforms.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts best practices.
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple content streams.
• Experience following brand guidelines and approvals.
• Familiarity with influencer- and creator-led content.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social-first content across platforms.
• Turn briefs into platform-native outputs with captions and scripts.
• Develop content ideas aligned to cultural moments.
• Build modular content templates and localization-ready assets.
• Adapt content for multiple European markets including UK and France.
• Manage approval workflows and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Strategists, Data Analysts, and Account teams.
• Use performance data to refine formats and scale successful content.
• Maintain high visual quality and accessibility in output.
• Work with creators and external partners as needed.
