Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Content Creator in London to produce social-first content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more. You will translate briefs into native outputs, shoot and edit where applicable, and build scalable content systems for multi-market campaigns.

Working with Social Media Managers and Analysts, you’ll use performance signals to sharpen formats, ensure brand safety, and deliver outputs on schedule with accessibility in mind.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio of social-first content across video and static formats for consumer brands.
• Proven skills in concepting, shooting (where applicable), editing and finishing for social platforms.
• Deep knowledge of platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, with a knack for driving engagement.
• Ability to work at pace, manage multiple content streams, and deliver high quality work.
• Experience following brand guidelines, approval processes, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva, and/or Figma.
• Experience with Gen AI tools for ideation, production speed, and adaptation workflows.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows to improve output quality.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply strong creative judgement.
• Experience working in multi-market environments or embedded studio setups.
• Familiarity with influencer/creator-led content and paid social best practices.
• Experience building scalable content systems and localisation-ready assets.
• Formal qualifications welcomed but not required; relevant equivalent experience counts.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Turn briefs into clear, engaging, platform-native outputs with captions, hooks, and scripts.
• Develop content ideas that fit cultural moments and brand voice across markets.
• Build modular content systems—templates, variants, cut-downs, localization-ready assets—for scale.
• Adapt content for multiple European markets (UK and France), ensuring relevance and optimization.
• Manage content through approval workflows to meet legal, compliance, and brand requirements.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Strategists, Data Analysts, and Account teams.
• Use performance data to refine formats and identify scalable opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality, editing, and accessibility.
• Work with creators, influencers, and external partners as needed.
